This project, started by Refugee Action-Colchester, involving refugees, their traditional food and the sharing of it. From the Syrian pop-up cafe started at Gee's Introspective show in Colchester, has evolved this beautiful cook book. More than this, however, it shares the stories of the people and how they arrived here.
